Call Center Marketing Rep. (Outbound)

Telemarketing representatives to work P/T or F/T in our Corporate St-Catharines, Ontario Office. High energy individuals to set appointments with businesses across Canada. Experience working in a call center/phone support environment required. High School diploma with one year experience. Willing to train. Base Salary plus bonus .

Bilingual Merchant Support Representatives (Inbound)

This position is primarily responsible for providing effective technical support/customer services to all clients by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. Detail oriented candidates with strong organizational skills, professional telephone customer service etiquette, ability to work independently as well as be a part of a team. Experience working in a call center/phone support environment required. Help desk/call center experience in a technical arena preferable. Knowledge and experience troubleshooting credit card terminals a plus. . High School diploma with one year experience in related industry prefered. Willing to train. 24/7 365 hour business operation.
